If you want fast access to a reliable and professional help desk without a fixed contract then this service is for you.
With Pay-As-You-Go there is no ongoing fee but we are still available whenever you may need us. You can make use of our immediate-response remote support or we can provide an on-site technician. However we solve your problems, we provide a quick service, for less than you might think.
How does it work?
Using the latest technology, we can control your keyboard and mouse remotely to provide an immediate response to the majority of problems. You can watch the action on screen so you stay in control. You'll save money on costly call-outs and won't be kept waiting for hours or even days at a time!
If a problem cannot be solved remotely, we will either come to you or arrange a collection. An on-site technician is great for those times when you just can't do without your computer but a collection and return will keep costs low.
Why do I need it?
No computer is 100% perfect, and when they break down, you can guarantee it'll be when you most need it. We will get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Its a stress-free alternative to dragging your computer down to the local PC store.
For those times when theres no other choice, we can send a technician or arrange a collection, giving you choices and great flexibility. You decide whether time or cost is the priority.
How much does it cost?
Remote support is just £20 per incident, for workstations or £80 for servers. If the PC needs to be shipped to us then the only additional cost is the courier. We don't charge per hour for work carried out off-site.
