Content Managed Websites

Most people use Microsoft Word regularly to create new documents and edit existing ones.  We can make it just as easy to keep a website up-to-date; if you can use Word you can maintain your website using the Cultrix Site Manager.

The Internet is a powerful sales tool and information resource so making sure you have a website that's up-to-date and informative is vital.  It's usually the first place potential customers will look for information about your products and services.

How does it work?

The content is stored in a database and edited using a web-based program.  No additional software is required – all you need is a web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.

You can add new pages, edit existing ones and remove old ones.  The interface uses familiar icons allowing you to create links, add pictures and files, format your text and much more.

Why do I need it?

There is a large choice of software for editing websites but many require some knowledge of HTML.  With the Cultrix Site Manager, you simply choose the page and edit it with familiar desktop publishing tools.

As a web-based application, you can login and amend your content from anywhere in the world at any time – you are not tied to a specific computer and more than one person can edit content simultaneously.

How much does it cost?

The cost starts from just £400 but varies based on the size and complexity of a project.  Every project is different, but we believe in being flexible.  You may already have a website that you like to upgrade to use the Cultrix Site Manager, or you may need something creating from scratch. We can even give you a choice of designers to work with or you can supply your own artwork.
