Standard and Enhanced IT Support

Whichever IT support option you choose, the main cybersecurity controls will be in place for your system, improving your network security in line with Cyber Essentials recommendations (whether accredited or not). All controls are regularly reviewed - we even get alerts about some changes on your devices in real-time.

Our Standard Support is a simple ‘per device/service’ option – just choose what you‘d like us to cover. Keep in mind, Cyber Essentials stipulates you must manage and maintain every device with access to business data – even email on a personal phone – in order to operate securely.

Our Enhanced Support is a fully comprehensive option (per user) - support covers every user device, such as their desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile. When all users are covered, our managed IT support also extends to your business networks and network devices. If it’s specified by Cyber Essentials, it’s included. Enhanced Support, at first glance, may seem more expensive, but it covers a lot more and is often cheaper than covering each device individually.

There’s no obligation to become Cyber Essentials accredited. We simply use the roadmap from our discovery and gap analysis to improve your network security and implement as many of the recommendations as possible.
