Everyone in the Cultrix team is industry-qualified to carry out their role, with further continuous professional development actively encouraged and supported. Access to NVQ level 4 training is provided, as well as Microsoft certification, Cisco, CompTIA.
We help staff at Cultrix to follow their own choice of specialism too, so if they would like to focus on, for example, IT security, we will support them in paying for the training, qualification and examination so they can become fully accredited.
