A Cultrix maintenance agreement will cover you for everything you need within the agreed number of hours you choose. Or an on-demand agreement may suit you better. You may need content editing, bugs fixing and updates running. As browsers change it’s normal for websites to require certain adjustments to keep them working properly.
Ongoing maintenance of websites is important, which is why with all new Cultrix websites we include 12 months of bug fixing and email/telephone support as standard. We also run updates for all our WordPress sites, their plugins and themes, to ensure they stay stable and secure. If anything breaks during this process, we’ll fix it. It’s about our continuity of care to you and giving you the options to make it easy for you to be covered going into the future.
