Managed Service Desk
This is like having your own IT Service Desk. Cultrix reliability and commitment comes as standard with any help and support your clients need with their IT systems and equipment covered. They’ll have us for the day-to-day whenever they need us, but we’ll be there in the background too.
You won’t have to ask us to check on the medium to long-term IT health of your clients, we’ll just be doing that anyway as well as remotely monitoring their systems 24 hours a day. Monthly contract or on-demand – it’s up to you
Monthly contracts are standard, with the same first-class service as yearly. For IT support this is a remarkably short duration. It’s because we don’t want to make you stay; we just hope you’ll want to.
If you don’t take out a monthly contract, don’t worry, Cultrix can still help. It might be that you just want to see how it goes for a few months or even a year before you commit. Or you maybe haven’t got around to it yet. Whatever the reason, you can always choose IT support per incident with the Cultrix on-demand service; the smaller the incident, the smaller the charge and all with the high level of Cultrix attention as usual.
If you’d like to be on contract with us, we will gladly negotiate an annual or longer term with you. If you’re sticking with our on-demand service, we’ll review your history over time to come up with an IT support contract that suits your needs. Remote assistance or on-site ‘helping hands’, or both
