When Apple announced it was recalling a number of its MacBook Pros due to a potential battery fire hazard, Cultrix jumped into action.
Cultrix IT support customers with MacBook Pros, were able to rest easy as the technical team got busy scanning their monitoring system for the serial numbers and running them through Apple’s online serial number checker.
Apple’s announcement invited customers of the 15-inch laptops, sold mostly between September 2015 and February 2017 to go to the Apple website and enter their serial number to check their eligibility for a free-of-charge, replacement battery. But Cultrix customers had it done for them.
