Microsoft Office 365 for business, brings enterprise-level email, Office for PC, Mac and mobile devices together into one neat package, making it easier than ever for organisations to integrate across desktops, mobiles and tablets.
Microsoft Office for desktop, mobile and tablet
Favourite office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and many more are brought to your PC or Mac, mobiles and tablets as standard, including apps for iPhone and iPad.
Microsoft Office also comes with One Drive, the cloud-storage solution for filing and managing your documents, as well as working on them on the go, or away from your main devices. Logging in to One Drive from a modern web browser means that you can preview and edit your Office docs from anywhere.
Outlook and Email
Even as a stand-alone package, Microsoft Office comes with Outlook, one of the world's most popular email clients. But with Microsoft Office 365 you get their cloud-based email.
This means that your emails will be available from any device, from anywhere you can access an internet connection. With Outlook apps available for desktop, mobile and tablet, you will be able to view your emails on all your devices, and all drafts and changes will be synced.
Instant messaging, voice calls and video conferencing
With Lync Online also as part of Microsoft Office 365 you can have the tools you need to keep in touch with your team, whether they are in or out of the office. Lync enables you to make voice calls to other Lync members and even contacts on Skype. You can make traditional-style conference calls regardless of the devices you and your team are using, as well as make video conference calls. Communication is simple and convenient; you can even see such real-time presence information, such as team members' photos, location or whether they're in a meeting.
