On top of everything else you need to do to run a business, you’ll also want to know that you are doing all you can to use technology and its latest versions to best effect. We always say at Cultrix, that if you have nagging doubts you could be using technology better, then they are usually well-founded, and the chances are, you probably could.
But it’s not so easy. Unless you have in-depth industry knowledge of IT and how to apply that knowledge, you are always going to need an IT expert or partner, working with you, who knows your business and its aims, to be able to make any technology calls. Particularly as IT changes and develops so quickly nowadays.
There’s a lot of advice published on how to reach your business goals, and it’s not surprising to learn that most of it is about using technology. For instance:
- Using technology to automate business-critical tasks
- Investing in the best technology you can afford
- Using mobile technology
- Outsourcing your IT
- Using available Apps
To give yourself any sort of fighting chance of being able to follow this advice, you are going to need to enlist the help of someone who knows enough about all of the above to be able to apply it to your business.
At Cultrix, we work closely with our customers, to be their, in effect, ‘IT partner’. Instead of having ‘nagging doubts’ these customers tell us what’s going well with their business and what could be improved. In the areas for improvement we look at all of the above: potential automation, mobile technology and hosted applications to make their business more efficient, more customer-focused, and more reliable.
Cultrix customers do not have to worry about whether they could be using technology better, because they know they are, with it all taken care of. Whether you use Cultrix or another IT provider, working with an IT partner is really the only way of ensuring you are using all the latest tech that has value for your specific operation.
And you’ll also have the reassurance of your IT provider deciding that you don’t always need the very latest technology and that you’re working as robustly, compliantly, efficiently and as customer-centred as you can. But it will be an IT industry expert who can make that call.
